One of Dallas’s most beloved holiday traditions is preparing for its final curtain call. Holiday at the Arboretum returns this November with this year marks the finale for its iconic 12 Days of Christmas gazebos.
The glass-sided displays have been part of the Dallas Arboretum’s holiday celebrations since 2014. This season, dubbed “The 12 Days of Christmas: One Final Chorus,” invites visitors to say goodbye to the twelve gazebos that have helped turn the 66-acre garden into a seasonal destination for more than a decade.

What to expect at Holiday at the Arboretum
Alongside the gazebos’ farewell season, visitors can stroll through the Christmas Village and explore the festive décor inside the historic DeGolyer House. Seasonal music and photo opportunities round out the holiday experience.
The Christmas Village at the Dallas Arboretum
The Dallas Arboretum’s Christmas Village brings the atmosphere of a European holiday market to the garden, with life-size houses, charming storefronts and façades arranged to resemble a quaint European hamlet. Officially named the Pauline and Austin Neuhoff Family Christmas Village, the attraction takes its inspiration from traditional Christmas markets, or Christkindlmarkets.
Its centerpiece is a 23-foot German-built Christmas pyramid in Pyramid Square. Handcrafted by 15 artisans from Germany’s Erzgebirge region, the octagonal structure took 2,150 hours to design and build. Hand-carved figures decorate its four rotating levels, with lights and movement bringing the towering display to life.
