Forget the side dish—pickles are getting an entire festival this weekend. The Big Dill, billed as the World’s Largest Pickle Party®, returns to Arlington on Saturday, November 7, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Expect pickle-themed food and cocktails, oversized photo ops, a mechanical pickle rodeo, and an Electric Pickle RAVE to close out the day.texas-live
After selling out its Arlington debut last year, the festival is returning with its most ambitious local edition yet, according to organizers. This year’s party spreads across Texas Live! and Lot B at Globe Life Field, with two stages running throughout the day—and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi making an appearance as the event’s Pickle Queen.

Snooki will be crowned Pickle Queen
The Jersey Shore star will take to the Arlington Backyard stage for her Pickle Queen coronation, adding a little reality-TV royalty to an already wonderfully unconventional lineup.
She won’t be the only one embracing the theme. The Mansfield Pickle Queens are returning in their signature red wigs and tiaras, while the Pickle Priest will hand out blessings from noon to 7 p.m. If your weekend plans needed a little more brine and divine intervention, this might be your moment.
There’s unlimited pickle tasting—and pickle pizza
Come hungry: Pickle Row will offer unlimited pickle tastings, anchored by Fort Worth’s Best Maid as the Texas brand celebrates its 100th anniversary.
Beyond the tasting lineup, Tommy G’s will bring its pickle pizza, while the Jameson Pickle Back Bar provides a place to lean into the theme with a drink. The venue also lists pickle-themed food, drinks, and cocktails among the day’s attractions.texas-live
For those who prefer watching someone else tackle a serious quantity of pickles, Mrs. Klein’s World Pickle Eating Championship will pit professional eaters against one another.
The day ends with a pickle rave
Fort Worth band Poo Live Crew will provide live music before the festival wraps up with an all-ages Pickle RAVE.
And this isn’t just a dance floor with a few green decorations. Organizers promise a 10-foot alien, a giant disco pickle chip, and confetti raining down over the crowd. Elsewhere, the venue lists a mechanical pickle rodeo, games, and oversized photo opportunities—so there’s plenty to do between bites.
