AT&T Discovery District’s official Christmas Tree lighting ceremony dubbed “GET LIT in the District” will take place this coming Saturday, December 3.
The celebration, claiming to be one of the biggest and brightest parties of the DFW holiday season, will take over the electric downtown Dallas destination from 7 pm until 10 pm with the official tree lighting at 8 pm.
In addition to the spectacular tree-lighting ceremony, there will be an array of activities such as live music, performers, a photo wall, drinks specials, caricature artists, outdoor games, and more.
Self-parking is available at the 1212 Jackson Street garage and is complimentary with District merchant validation from the Exchange, Jaxon Beer Garden, or the Experience Store.
Described as a place ‘where tech, culture, and entertainment combine” AT&T Discovery District is at the heart of Downtown and is known for such landmarks as its 104-foot tall outdoor “Media Wall” consisting of more than 9,000 square feet of futuristic, colorful high-definition displays as well as “The Globe”- a 30-foot-tall, three-dimensional representation of AT&T’s iconic logo which decorated with 30,000 LEDs.
