Participate in the cuddliest iteration of yoga to date, at this herd of adorable goat yoga events in Dallas this season.
Like meditation, yoga is a practice of centeredness and concentration. It’s a discipline of balance in the face of stress and adversity — that which may be difficult to do when resisting the urge to snuggle one of the playful baby goats bouncing around.
Test your balance this season with Goat Yoga Dallas, who’ve rounded up a season of wholesome, head-butting yoga sessions.
Sessions are taking place at various locations around the Dallas Fort Worth area on Saturdays, and Sundays and the occasional midweek day throughout spring and summer. Exact dates for which can be found here.
Each session is BYOM – bring your own mat. Goat Yoga asks attendants not to enter the fenced-off area earlier than 15 minutes before class. After the yoga, visitors will have time at the end of class to pet and pose with the goats for cuddly photo ops.
Also, the goats are not potty trained; take that as you will.
Most sessions will be taking place at Toyota Music Factory, Addison Circle, Frisco Fresh Market, and The Stix Icehouse in McKinney as well as several other breweries and charming venues.
