A new sanctuary is opening up in Dallas this week. This Saturday, August 6, the garden-themed Bar Eden will open its doors in Paradiso.
Adorned with colorful artwork, bespoke furniture, and lush greenery – not to mention their gorgeous garden terrace – Paradiso offers a lovely quaint setting in which it’s set to open its Bar Eden lounge.
Housed in the spot previously occupied by The Botanist, Bar Eden will feature a similarly lush indoor-outdoor space bequeathed with “old-world fixtures” and “overgrown, biophilic installations”.
The bar will feature a cocktail menu curated by beverage director, Iluggy Recinos. While its full menu has yet to be released, one such beverage includes the Fountain of Youth made with a half bottle of brut champagne and ube
Eden Bar will also feature a selection of bar bites curated by Executive Chef Nick Hurry. Released options include tempura-beer-battered zucchini blossoms amongst other eats.

Who doesn’t like a cocktail in a flamingo-shaped cup? Located on the east side of Uptown, north of Bryan place is the vibrant, sprawling Toller Patio bar and kitchen. Comprising of over 12,000 square feet of palm trees, multicolored community picnic tables, and twinkling lights, the dog-friendly patio offers a vibrant ambiance to enjoy days, evenings, and nights of any season.
