While the solar eclipse might be the most fantastic thing that Dallas has seen in a while, Dallasites still have much in the way of wonder this spring. Eyeboretum is an immersive garden experience that weaves storytelling with larger-than-life botanical scenes that is now open at The Joule.
“Calling all adventurers and storytellers. Join us at The Eye for an imaginative outdoor garden experience,” the event website reads. “Choose your adventure for daytime visits, evening happy hours, or a special garden party.”

From the creators of the iconic, 30-foot Eye statue at The Joule is Eyeboretum. In celebration of Dallas Arts Month, Eyeboretum is an imaginative, larger-than-life botanical experience that features themed bars, a Fairy Forest, Gnome’s Tavern, Jack’s Giant Bar, Sprout Swings, among walk-through installations. On Saturday, April 13, the event will host a closing Garden Party.
The experience takes around 45 minutes to an hour.
Eyeboretum in Dallas is an all-ages event in which kids (under 12) can attend the event for free thanks to Sewell Automotive Companies. Officials however do recommend leaving strollers in designated areas, as the experience includes narrow lanes and uneven terrain.

When visiting, adventurers can opt for metered parking in surrounding Downtown streets or can park in a nearby garage such as Santander Tower Garage, SP+ Parking Garage, Dal Park, or Elm Garage.
In the event of inclement weather, officials will notify ticket buyers via email on how to receive full refunds.
Eyeboretum is open at The Joule located at 1601 Main Street from now until Sunday, April 14. The event is presently sold out but officials recommend interested visitors to follow their socials for the chance to find available tickets.
