Anté up this Christmas at this delightfully festive pop-up!
Something tells me that by the end of this year, we’ll all have devolved into the ‘humbug’ spirit of Ebenezer Scrooge and The Grinch. However, there is one thing this November has in store for us that might brighten you with a welcome dose – accompanied by a stiff glass – of Christmas cheer: the Sippin’ Santa pop-up experience will be coming down the chimney of Royal 38 tonight, November 23!
The Christmas season is going to look a little different this year without a doubt. But one thing that might make things a little more merry is the fact that the New York-based Christmas pop-up Sippin’ Santa is bringing its festivities to Dallas, Texas.
“Santa is ready to let loose and hang ten,” the pop-up wrote in an Instagram post. “Start waxing those surf boards and slathering on the SPF. Sippin’ Santa is coming at you fast!”
Last year, Sippin’ Santa deprived Dallas residents of its Christmas festivities, opting to take its sleigh over to Houston instead. But this year, the team is setting up shop in Austin and Dallas at The Union across the courtyard from The Henry.
Visitors can now make reservations for Sippin’ Santa at Royal 38 through Resy. The pop-up experience runs from November 23 to December 31, and promises to be a safe and socially-distanced space. The pop-up also reminds visitors to bring their masks.
Sippin’ Santa is a pop-up based in New York. It regularly features over-the-top Christmas decorations and a slew of seasonal cocktails including their Brah Humbug – a scotch-based infusion mixed with drambuie and mulled wine, and their Endless Summer Swizzle mixed with rum, lime, nutmeg, benedictine, and chartreuse.
