Launched in 1996, Snarf’s began with a single, humble shop in Boulder, Colorado. The family-owned enterprise, created by founder Jimmy “Snarf” Seidel, has since expanded its footprint to almost 50 locations across multiple states, including Missouri and Texas. This past week, Snarf’s made its Dallas debut with not one but two locations – and more to come.
The Snarf’s menu is built around classic and specialty sandwiches. Classics include the likes The Italian, Roast Beef & Provolone, and Chicken Salad. Specialities range from the the slow-cooked Prime Rib, the dunk-worthy French Dip, Smoked Brisket, and the premium NY Steak subs.

Snarf’s also features a number of “off-the-menu” options, including the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Snarf’s Cheesesteak, and The Mother Clucker.
Beyond the meat-based subs, Snarf’s offers fresh, crisp salads dressed with homemade dressings, comforting rotating soups, and smaller subs for kids. They also make it easy to eat well with robust vegetarian choices, gluten-free bread options, and a complete catering menu for your next event.
Snarf’s now has two locations open in Dallas, including at 2337 W Mockingbird Ln, Ste 150 by Dallas Love Field and at 7615 Campbell Rd St 104 by Pavilion North. Three more locations are on the way:
- 1908 Abrams Pkwy.
- 11810 Preston Rd.
- 6630 Snider Plaza

“We’re wildly excited to finally bring Snarf’s to Dallas,” said Seidel. “This city has amazing energy, deep-rooted food traditions, and a real sense of community—everything we love. We’re excited to be a part of it—not just by serving high quality food, but by showing up for the people who live and work here.”
Known for consistently delivering highly-rated, hearty, oven-toasted subs, Snarf’s has established itself as a regional favorite, frequently winning “Best Sandwich” awards and enjoying strong loyalty within its operating communities.
