Halloween season is in full effect. Make sure you have a scary good time this season with a necessary trip to the Dallas’ best haunted houses. From century old eerie institutions, to bone-chilling forest experiences, and more: here are the best haunted houses in Dallas and surrounding areas.
1. Forest of Shadows
From Moment Factory, the studio behind the acclaimed Astra Lumina experience in Dallas, Forest of Shadows has mysteriously transformed the woods of Trinity Forest Adventure Park into a twisted reality where nothing seems real.
The deeper you wander, the more the world around you seems to shift—echoes whisper from nowhere, lights flicker and vanish, and shapes drift just beyond reach. What begins as a walk among the trees becomes a disorienting journey through illusion, where every step blurs the line between what’s real and what’s imagined.
