Breakfast is ready, Dallas. Beloved Houston klobasnek haven, Kolache Shoppe, has debuted its first Dallas area restaurant with small-batch sweet and savory kolaches.
Kolache Shoppe, established in 1970, is a boutique bakery specializing in small-batch production. Their delectable slider-sized kolaches, encased in soft, sweet dough, are not only a delight but also wonderfully indulgent.
For those with a sweet tooth, indulge in the extra-sweet flavors of apricot, Nutella, and poppy seed kolaches. Alternatively, savor their savory offerings such as venison and cheese, bacon-egg-cheese-salsa, Polish-style sausage, and the locally inspired brisket and kielbasa kolaches.

“We have known franchisors Lucy and Randy Hines for many years and have been a huge fan of their delicious kolaches,” said owner Courtney Poulsen said in a press release. “To bring this legacy brand to Celina and to the DFW area is a dream. We are excited to build this business for our community, our children and ourselves.”
Kolache Shoppe is now open in Celina at 605 S. Preston Rd. The store is open from 6 am to midnight from Monday through Friday and from 7 am to 1 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
