Arrels Hospitality Group, a restaurant group whose portfolio includes a Michelin-Starred concept in Houston, has announced a new Spanish, fine dining destination in Dallas.
Named after the traditional Catalan farmhouse, “Masía” aims to offer a warm, intimate dining experience in Dallas. To this end, the restaurant is designed by Dallas-based Gensler Architects, which channels a modern Spanish farmhouse with natural wood, stone, and a serene neutral palette—adorned with exclusive artwork from the private collection of the group’s founder, Ignacio “Nacho” Torras.
The restaurant will occupy a 3,500-square-foot space at 2530 Fairmount St. The restaurant, opening in winter 2026-2027, will seat 86 indoor, 20 on its patio.
While the menu has yet to be released, Spanish Chef, Lenin Busquet will lead the kitchen. Having maintained two Michelin stars at Annua, Busquet earned Ment its first star in just six months, and was named “Promising Chef of the Valencian Community” during his tenure at ABISS.

Arrels Hospitaliy Concepts’ restaurants include Rocambolesc, MAD, and BCN Taste & Tradition. The latter, an upscale Spanish restaurant in Houston, earned a Michelin Star in 2024, which it retained in 2025.
“The culinary concept behind Masia is rooted in Spain’s rich traditions while remaining deeply connected to the ingredients and community that surround us here in Texas,” said Busquet. “Our philosophy is built on a profound respect for exceptional local products, which we approach through the lens of Spanish culinary heritage“.
“By combining the finest regional ingredients with classic recipes and techniques from our homeland, we aim to create a dining experience that reflects who we are, where we come from, and why Spain has one of the world’s most celebrated gastronomic cultures.”
