With Shaquille O’Neal’s Big Chicken franchise already confirmed to be on its way to Dallas-Fort Worth this year, the basketball Hall-of-Famer, actor, entrepreneur, DJ and sometimes Carrollton resident has confirmed he’ll be embarking on another North Texas venture in 2023.
Dubbed the largest bass festival in Texas, O’Neal aka ‘DJ Diesel’ revealed via his social media channels this week that he will be bringing his very own outdoor music festival “SHAQ’S BASS ALL STARS: FESTIVAL” to Fort Worth.
Taking place on September 16th at Panther Island Pavilion on Trinity River it will feature 2 stages and 15 bass and dubstep acts.
The NBA legend and EDM fanatic is expected to drop his first album this summer and has hand-picked the festival’s lineup including headline acts Alison Wonderland, Kai Wachi, Sullivan King, and himself under his musical moniker DJ Diesel.
Crankdat, Jantsen, Layz, Emorfik, Hairitage, Leotrix, Charlitz Web, Soltan, and Ruvlo b2b Celo make up the other performers that Shaquille O’Neal has so far announced.
Pre-sale tickets go on sale tomorrow (Friday, June 23) at 10 am CST right before general ticket sales starting at $49.99 go on sale two hours later at midday.
