This one is for all the naughty boys and girls.
It’s officially the holiday season. Jump headlong into the Xmas festivities with an inundation of holiday lights, off-key karaoke, and Christmas-themed cocktails at the Tipsy Elf Cocktail Bar at 308 N. Bishop Avenue this season!
‘Tis the season to be tipsy. Amid the myriad of holiday-themed pop-ups, light spectacles, and Mexican restaurants cropping up this season, the latest is the Tipsy Elf Cocktail Bar.
“Step into the Tipsy Elf for a cocktail, warm up those vocal cords, and show Mrs. Cookie Clausetti what you’ve got. Step up to the mic or sing along to holiday favorites, karaoke classics, or anything your singing little heart desires!”
Festive patrons of the Tipsy Elf will be treated with constellations of twinkling lights, holiday craft cocktails, festive eats, and not a few photo opportunities.
Featured cocktails include Mrs. Cookie’s Cookie made with Licor 43 Horchata, Jim Beam, and molé bitters cream; Peppermint Martini with Grey Goose, Creme de Cacao, and peppermint syrup; and Spice Up Your Life with Blanco Tequila, mezcal, orange liqueur, Tamarind-Gochujang syrup, agave, and lime.
Food-wise, patrons can order from a variety of shareable dishes. Options range from Pork Skewers, Croquettes, and Pumpkin Dumplings.
“We’re joined by the ultra-fabulous Mrs. Claus (aka Glora Devine) who can’t wait to let her hair down and celebrate the season,” the bar writes on its website. “If you spot the elusive and mischievous Larry the Elf, shots are on us. We have reason to believe he’s been hiding booze and sneaking eggnog. He’s rude, a little unpredictable, and probably quite tipsy.
Tipsy Elf is first come, first served. Patrons can find the pop-up at 308 N. Bishop Avenue and will be open from Wednesday to Friday 5 pm –midnight; and from 3 pm – midnight on Saturdays and Sundays.
