Uniqlo, often likened to the Japanese counterpart of Zara, has made its Dallas debut. With 1,500 Uniqlo stores worldwide, Dallas has finally joined the ranks with more to come this fall.
The Japanese company has established a unique position among the leading global textile corporations by providing straightforward clothing at affordable prices. With offices spanning eight European countries and prominent urban centers worldwide, including New York, Bangkok, and Seoul, it has become a recognizable presence in the international market.

Following records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, that Uniqlo had acquired a 12,490-square-foot space at The Parks at Arlington. The company has announced opening dates for three of its Dallas area locations.
Uniqlo’s first foray in the Dallas area begins with its opening at Galleria Dallas on October 18. On October 25, Uniqlo will open at Frisco’s Stonebriar Centre and Arlington’s Parks Mall.
Currently, Uniqlo has a total of 57 locations in the United States, with retail establishments spanning across states such as New York, California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, Illinois, and Virginia.

Uniqlo at Galleria Dallas will be the company’s second location in Texas, following its opening in Houston slated for October 11 in Memorial City Mall. Among its openings in Houston and Dallas, the company has plans to open an additional 20 storefronts in the United States by the end of 2024.
