Uniqlo, often likened to the Japanese counterpart of Zara, is set to make its debut in the Dallas area. With 1,500 Uniqlo stores worldwide, Dallas will join the list this coming year, marking a significant addition to the brand’s global presence.
The Japanese company has established a unique position among the leading global textile corporations by providing straightforward clothing at affordable prices. With offices spanning eight European countries and prominent urban centers worldwide, including New York, Bangkok, and Seoul, it has become a recognizable presence in the international market.

According to records from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, Uniqlo has acquired a 12,490-square-foot space at The Parks at Arlington. The document indicates that the construction will begin in June and finish late December.
Currently, Uniqlo has a total of 57 locations in the United States, with retail establishments spanning across states such as New York, California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, Illinois, and Virginia.

The Arlington location will likely be the second Texas location, as their location in Houston is expected to finish construction this September. No opening date has yet to be released regarding the Arlington location.
