Skip the grocery store aisles this summer and get your fresh peaches straight from the growers at Ham Orchards.
Located just east of Dallas, this impressive 100-acre agricultural hub just reopened for the 2026 season. With two blackberry patches, five separate orchards, and over 10,000 peach trees on site, it is the premier destination to find what the farm describes as the “jewels of summer.”
Ham Orchards is officially open for the season! Running Monday through Saturday until mid-August, the farm invites you to stock up on their famously bountiful peach harvest.

Note, Ham Orchards does allow for U-PICK blackberries and flowers, but not peaches.
Beyond bushels of the freshest peaches in Texas, the Farm Market Store is packed with sweet, award-winning treats. Featuring old fashioned fudge, jellies, salsa, pecans, cider, honey, and more: the options are endless.
You will need serious willpower to resist buying out their scratch bakery. Here, visitors have the loot to choose from homemade pies – from peach to coconut, pecan, and more –peach cobblers, fried pies, and their award-winning ice cream.
For savory options, Ham Orchards serves classic Texas BBQ. Served daily, Ham Orchards and Eddie Deen serves a killer variety of brisket, sausage, and their unique peach pulled pork. The grounds also include a spacious covered pavilion, providing visitors with a comfortable, shaded area to relax, enjoy the outdoors, and picnic with their farm-fresh purchases.

Ham’s Orchard is located at 11939 County Road 309 in Terrell. They are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and are closed on Sundays. We highly recommended to arrive early in the morning to beat the crowds and ensure you get the best pick of the day’s peaches!
