Embrace all the vibes this summer at Hero in Dallas. The sports bar in Victory Park next to the American Airlines area has been completely transformed into a Miami Vice-themed paradise complete with beachy cocktails, coastal bites, and immaculate vibes.
Hero is a sports bar across from the American Airlines Center. The venue, an affiliate of HG SPLY CO, is known for its farm-fresh food, drinks, and vintage flair. This summer, the bar has gone full sent with the flair, turning it up to 11 with their Miami Vice pop up.
Open on weekends – Fridays from 5 pm to midnight; Saturdays and Sundays from noon to midnight – the summer pop-up features themed cocktails, bites, live entertainment, and photo-ops galore.
Its menu consists of an assortment of tropical and frozen cocktails. Options range from strawberry daiquiris, pina coladas, and mimosas, to names like Shark Bite, Sunglasses & Advil, and Wave Runner.
From the kitchen, the pop up features a variety of street food-style bites. Options include Tropical Shrimp Ceviche, Beef Empanadas, Fish Tacos, Cuban Press Sandwich, and more.
In regards to the vibes, the bar has turned into a portal into ’80s Miami with flashy colors, jet skis, palm trees, and more. Here, patrons can take a dip in their pool (foam pit), pose with their rack of surfboards, or sip their daiquiri on the swing set.
The pop up at Hero takes place on weekends only at the aforementioned times. DJs will be present to enhance the vibes.
