If combining alcohol with high-dollar shopping sounds treacherous, you might want to leave your credit card in the car when visiting The Trove in Bishop Arts District. In this lavishly decorate lounge, you can sip on an assortment of crafty cocktails while browsing its marvelous selection of Ely Artisan’s Jewelry.
Bubbly wise, The Trove features a variety of craft gemstone-themed cocktails. Such options include their Amethyst cocktail made with mezcal; the Carajillo, with features 14k gold salt, Chiapas coffee from Ely Artisan’s, and Licor 43 golden liqueur; the Citrine, made with mezcal, pineapple, and Pimms; and the Crown Jewel – a royal cocktail served with a literal tiara.
The Trove also serves a variety of tapas, which range from their Tostada de Cabra, Nopal Salad, and Black Esquite, to Cacahuate botatanero – vinegar-pickled peanuts, and cheese plates.
The Trove is open from 5 pm – 11 pm on Thursday; 5 pm – midnight on Friday; noon – midnight on Saturday; and noon – 10 pm on Sunday. The cocktail lounge is closed from Monday to Wednesday.
